All about General Frank Kearney

There are millions of military heroes who serve the United States country while making the people proud of themselves and this article is about one such person. Frank Kearney, a graduate of United States Military Academy, West Point in the year 1976. He also has a degree in Masters in Education from the University of South Carolina as well as is a graduate from the United States Army War College. He has over 35 years of experience in serving the military as well as government organizations. He was the Deputy Director for Strategic Operational Planning at the National Counter, Terrorism Centre in Washington.
